494 Two Post Lift (4 Tonne)

Description

Electro-hydraulic two-post lift is specially designed and manufactured for workshops with poor concrete conditions. The self-supporting base makes installation possible on floors with poor surface anchorage. The model is fully in compliance with the newest machinery directive and low voltage directive on operator’s safety and health.

Driving Mode:

1. Dual hydraulic cylinders, chain drive

Engagement Release Mode:

1. Automatic solenoid lock release

Arm Assembly:

1. Asymmetric lifting arms with 2-stage telescoping rear arms and 2-stage telescoping front arms
2. 2-stage threaded lifting pads

Safety Mechanism:

1. Automatic arm locking during lifting and automatic unlocking when the arm reaches the floor, accurate teeth matching for higher resistace to swivel force
2. Mechanical safety latch with automatic engagement and automatic solenoid release ensuring maximum safety when lift is in standing position.
3. Parachute valve under each cylinder in case of hydraulic hose fracture
4. Relief valve to prevent overloading
5. Door opening protection rubber
6. Up-limit switch
7. Mechanical foot protection on each lifting arm
8. Synchronization cable

Control system:

1. 24V low-voltage safe control
2. Automatic operation with main power switch, “UP” button, “DOWN” button and “LOCK” button
