Split Bed Brake Tester

This is a basic comprehensive brake tester for light vehicles is specially designed to fit many other popular brands of brake tester sizes. Therefore; the installation costs of this unit are reduced.

The brake force is measured with a strain gauge transducer.
The roller unit is fitted with sensors detecting the presence of a wheel set on the rollers.
This system ensures that the rollers do not start accidentally.
A speed sensor measures the wheel speed.
A speed sensor measures the roller speed to ensure that the percentage of slippage is correct. The point of wheel lock can be set at 4 different settings.
